All of our items will deliver worldwide without any exclusion. We will complete your order within 2-5 days & send through economy international shipping with registered post or EMS. The delivery will take 10-35 days as per the destination. The customer is responsible for customs clearances and regulations in the destination.
We able to provide tracking facilities for countries which provide open tracking facility for registered articles. Some countries do not provide open tracking facilities and we are not in a position to track such as articles we dispatched from here. We will proceed inquires with the postal services for unsuccessful deliveries belongs to such as countries, after 35 days.
Specially for US customers, we unable to provide tracking facilities due unavailability of open tracking facility for registered articles of the US.
You may return all unopened and undamaged items purchased from us within 60 days of the order date. We will deduct shipping & handling cost from refunds. If the return is due to our error, we will refund the total payment and shipping cost for the return.
Returns must be made in the original packaging and sent to the contact address mentioned bottom of the page. Please contact us before send a item as return.
If the item has returned back due to incorrect address or slimier error that made by the customer, we will inform you and ask you for a refund or re-shipment. The customer should pay shipping charges for re-shipment. Shipping charges will deduct from refunds.

Cancellation of an Order
- If a cancellation occurred due to our failure or request, we agreed to refund the full payment to the customer.
- If a cancellation request made by the customer and the order has not been shipped at the time of request has made, we will refund 80% of the payment.
- If a cancellation request made by the customer and the order has shipped at the time of request has made, we unable to refund the payment.
